OUR JOURNEY
Philly Photo & Philm was born from a journey of resilience and passion. In 2011, our founder, Al Anderson, a dedicated firefighter and police officer, faced a life-changing injury that forced him to find a new path. Driven by his love for community and a newfound passion for capturing life’s most meaningful moments, Al created Philly Photo & Philm — a place where memories are preserved, and experiences are unforgettable.
What began as a personal passion has grown into a thriving business, partnering with renowned names like Patrón Tequila, Bud Light, JPMorgan Chase, Boston Consulting Group, Comcast, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Philadelphia Phillies, WMMR Radio, and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, among others. Philly Photo & Philm has also been honored by The Knot and WeddingWire as one of the best wedding photography teams, a testament to our commitment to storytelling, creativity, and heartfelt service.
